1. Cyclone Dust Collection Hood for Furnace Body

2. Front and Back Tilting Insulation Dust Collection Hood
The front and back tilting dust collection hood can be opened forward and backward through a hydraulic cylinder. The opening method of the dust collection hood needs to be changed by operating and switching the position of the locating pin. The dust collection hood removes dust and waste gas through a certain air intake, achieving and improving waste gas emission effects.
The welded steel dust collection hood can be opened forward and backward hydraulically and is connected to the waste gas discharge and dust collection pipeline system through a flange located on the furnace body rotation axis.
When the entire dust collection hood is opened forward, material feeding operations can be performed.

3.Open Furnace Body Technology
1. The open furnace body includes: cyclone dust removal environmental furnace cover and tilting furnace oil cylinder, furnace cover lifting, new induction coil, energy-saving magnetic yoke, complete set of water distribution devices, imported carbon-free rubber hoses, etc. △ The high insulation induction coil design uses high-standard aluminum bronze for the coil material, which has high strength and longer service life.
2. The furnace body is made of rectangular seamless steel structure, with a simple and sturdy overall structure. The furnace platform is made of refractory materials to protect the steel plate from deformation.
4. Furnace Body Weighing System
According to customer needs, a furnace body bearing system can be added. The furnace body weighing system transmits the melting weight data of the metal to the PLC of the control system, facilitating operators in component adjustment and production scheduling, and it can also achieve automatic melting of the system.
