That is, an appropriate degree of vacuum is selected depending on the vapor pressure and heating temperature of the alloy element in the material to be processed in the vacuum electric furnace to prevent vacuum evaporation of the alloy element. As long as the vacuum degree of the vacuum furnace is selected appropriately, the alloy elements can be prevented from evaporating.
In addition, when heating in a vacuum furnace, it can also be considered to charge high-purity inert gas according to the type of metal materials, I .e. reverse charging to adjust the vacuum degree in the furnace, and prevent the evaporation of alloy elements by low vacuum heating. High-purity inert gas can not only adjust the vacuum degree, but also form convection circulation by the presence of dry inert gas, which is more conducive to uniform heating of dry materials.
