The use of vacuum furnace more and more, there will be a lot of thorny problems in use, or fault problems, we encountered in the use of vacuum furnace in the process of emergency how to deal with it:
1. when the heating chamber heats up and the power is cut off
1. Immediately turn off the total power of the device.
2. Close the vacuum valve of each pipeline to prevent air from entering the vacuum furnace.
3. The heating chamber is ventilated with high purity nitrogen to 6.6 × 10-4 to cool the furnace as soon as possible. At the same time, the steady hand should ventilate the cooling chamber in advance to press the heat gate valve.
4. If reclaimed water is used for cooling and water supply, standby water (tap water or reservoir) should be activated.
2. when the heating chamber heats water
1. Immediately cut off the heating power.
2. Enable standby water.
3. Transfer the workpiece from the heating chamber to the cooling chamber, and charge nitrogen to quickly cool the parts.
4. Fill high-purity nitrogen and heat the chamber to quickly cool it below 150.
3. when the heating chamber heats up, there is a partial leak
1. Immediately plug the leak location with vacuum cement.
2. Immediately cut off the heating power.
3. The heating chamber is immediately filled with high-purity nitrogen to make the pressure in front of the furnace close to one level to reduce air infiltration.
4. Flow Operation
1. If there is no water or insufficient water pressure for a short time, there can be an audible and visual alarm system, but it does not affect the work, and it can continue to work under normal conditions.
2. If the water is cut off or the water pressure is insufficient, and it is estimated that the situation will exceed 20 minutes, the heating should be stopped immediately. Until the water pressure returns to normal, start heating from zero. At this time, it should be based on the uniform process curve when the temperature of the heating chamber is just right.
