Overview
Vacuum melting furnace is mainly used for special metals, such as special steel, copper alloy, light metal melting and casting. The equipment consists of medium frequency power supply, double water-cooled furnace body, vacuum unit, hydraulic turnover mechanism, mechanical stirring device, casting flow trough, ingot mold and other components. The process flow is that the metal material is melted in the crucible by medium frequency induction heating in a vacuum environment, then poured out by the hydraulic turning and tilting furnace mechanism, and then poured into the ingot mold after the casting flow groove for natural cooling.
Technical features
