Overview
The counter-flow closed cooling tower is named because the direction of the refrigerant and the heat medium are opposite. The spray water is sprayed from the top to the bottom, and the air passes from the bottom to the top at high speed.
It is mainly composed of heat exchange coil, spray water system, exhaust system and frame shell.
Working principle
1. Internal circulation: The circulating water enters the condenser after being heated by the heat source equipment, and is cooled by heat exchange through the condenser. The cooled circulating water is then sent to the heat source equipment by the water pump.
2. External circulation: The spray water is sent from the water tank to the spray system. After the water is sprayed out, it contacts the condenser for evaporation and heat exchange. The hot and humid steam is discharged through the fan.
Advantage
1. Stability: The circulating water of the closed cooling tower usually adopts soft water closed-circuit circulation, which can effectively prevent the damage to the equipment caused by the scale generated in the tower or in the user's equipment during long-term use.
2. Water saving: Compared with traditional cooling towers, closed cooling towers are more suitable for areas where water resources are scarce because they use a fully enclosed internal circuit to reduce water evaporation.
3. Energy saving: The closed cooling tower can control the number of fans started according to the temperature, and the opening and closing of the spray pump, and a regulating valve can also be installed to control the flow.
4. Environmental protection: the closed cooling tower will not be polluted through the fully enclosed internal circulation water, and can be used continuously. The relative evaporation of spray water is less, which protects the environment to the greatest extent.
5. Longer service life: the service life is usually more than 10 years, and the later maintenance and cost are lower.
